In a bizarre crossover event that challenges traditional predictions, Ubisoft has revealed an virtual partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing free bonus story content for Shadows players.

According to the official release, "A strange encounter pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where whispers of prohibited practices and terrifying transformations echo through the darkness." The storyline introduces a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a clandestine sect.
The mission concentrates on "peculiar tests and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Changes
The preview highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a powerful sequence showing a character, probably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
Unique Rewards and Bonus Features
